As Vice President Mechanical  Engineering, Heliostat Design, and Production / Assembly, Shmuel Huss brings years of experience to the design of BrightSource’s heliostats. Under his direction, BrightSource has been able to reduce cost significantly and to develop efficient construction and assembly methods. Shmuel won both ASME and Rothschild prizes for his work at Luz in the 1980’s.
